Workshops
Over the past 15 years, Katie has hosted a series of independent workshops with a special subject featuring hip-hop, jazz improvisation, fiddle music, audition pro-tips, wedding music, chamber ensemble, Halloween music, Christmas/Hanukkah celebration, and February 2019 will host our first Brazilian music and dance workshop! Please stay tuned for details of date and time!
All workshops are $25.00 per student, no refunds please. Payments can be made via PayPal, Square, cash, or personal check (returned checks due to insufficient funds will incur a $35.00 banking fee to cover the loss). Please RSVP below, space is limited. All workshops hosted will provide sheet music and/or handout and offer light refreshments (i.e. water, lemonade, cookies, cake, or fruit platter, or something similar). If you have a food allergy please notate it below.
Remember to bring you own instrument (including any equipment you may need, such as a rock stop for cello and bass players, cleaning cloths for all band and orchestra instruments), a music stand (labeled with your name on it), pencils, and a clip board/solid surface to write or notate.
Parents please drop off students on time and collect students on time. Any student who wishes to help clean up is greatly appreciated. THANK YOU PARENTS!
